The insanely infectious, utterly charming Thao And The Get Down Stay Down is giving fans a taste of the band's forthcoming album with a new cut released today on the band's website. The song, "Holy Roller," is from We the Common, due out Feb. 5.
We the Common will be the third full-length album from Thao Nguyen and her band. We first fell in love with them back in 2008 when they released We Brave Bee Stings and All. Then, in 2009, we had the group perform for us at our South by Southwest party. You can still hear and download that entire show from our concert archives.
